Theo Yianni
1999 was the year Theo established his family business manufacturing in Perth Australia. Originally hailing from the UK, Theo and his Greek Cypriot family brought with them a rich culinary heritage, which they infused into their products from day one.
Driven by a love and passion for food, Theo and his wife Athana started Zesti in their own backyard, and it quickly grew into a full-time business. They specialized in custom Rotisseries, Grills, Electric ovens, and even tandoors, gaining recognition and respect throughout the hospitality industry. Zesti’s specialized expertise was soon in high demand, with renowned hotels and restaurants globally, from the Emirates Palace in Dubai to the Waldorf Astoria in Bangkok, using their equipment.
Now, after years of building commercial equipment for the hospitality industry, Zesti is turning their attention to the domestic market with their latest product, the Icarus 860. This commercial-quality product is suitable for all markets, and brings the same level of expertise and attention to detail that Zesti is known to home cooks and chefs everywhere
